Post Did you have any porting guide of NTFS-3g based on Android?
Hi

I'd like to use the NTFS-3g file system in our mobie device with Android O/S.
We are developing a mobile device base on ARM Core.
Our Device Feature is as below brief.
1. CPU: ARMv7 Core
2. O/S: Android 2.3
3. Kernel: Linux 2.6.30

We want to change FAT32 partion into NTFS partion in Flash memory.
How can the NTFS-3g(ntfs-3g_ntfsprogs-2011.4.12.tgz) file system be embedded in our device ?
Do you have any porting guide to help me ?

I'd like to measure the performance of NTFS-3G (open source) on our devcie.
Acording to the result of test, we will decide whether to buy the Tuxera NTFS or not.

I'm looking forward to your mention...
Thank you.

By adapting the interfaces (open, read, write, etc.) from high level (actions on files) and to low level (actions on devices). Should be easy if fuse has been ported.

This is where your contribution to ntfs-3g will be much appreciated.
