I installed Tuxera 2010.1 without difficulty and licensed it. However, when I try to use it with a NTFS volume (already formatted 1TB external USB drive) that mounts OK on Windows, I get the same error I got before I installed Tuxera. That error is a dialog box with a Stop Sign and exclamation point, and the text:

"The disk you inserted was not readable by this computer."

I tried to find a Tuxera log file in /Library/Logs or ~/Library/Logs, and neither seemed to have one.

How can I know if your NTFS driver is getting involved? Is there a way I can try to manually mount this device and see the errors? What else do you suggest?
