On the front page there is a list of links to pre-compiled linux packages (rpm) for ntfs-3g. There is, however, no link for openSUSE. I have provided a few. Let me know if there are any missing.
If using firefox (you'd better hope so!) just press CTRL + F (to open the find box) and type 'ntfs-3g'. This will highlight the file in your browser, and saves you from searching for it manually.
